Recently moved here from Sacramento and needed a place to store some expensive equipment while getting settled. Before taking a chance with this place I dealt with a different corporate owned company before landing here and it was a nightmare. impossible to get ahold of anyone, random fees showing up, and once you signed the paperwork they couldnt care less. Everyone here was friendly from the start, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The owner and staff are just good people and it shows in how they run the place and treat customers. The property is clean, secure, and well kept, and I actually feel comfortable leaving valuable equipment here. Moving is stressful enough already, so finding a place with people who care made a huge difference and relieved a lot of stress for me

Absolutely incredible customer service during one of the most stressful times of my life. I suddenly needed a storage unit because of an emergency family situation and was overwhelmed trying to figure everything out last minute. Even though they were close to closing, one of the employees stayed late to make sure I was able to secure a unit that same day and didn’t rush me at all. They also checked in while I was unloading to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I had what I needed. What could have been an awful experience felt manageable because of their kindness, patience, and professionalism. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about people, not just business. I’ll always appreciate how they treated me during such a difficult moment. Highly recommend.
