Am I required to store long-term?

We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can mail or bring in a check, phone in a payment, or drop by and pay cash, whatever works best for you. Call to discuss autopay options with our facility manager.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What is an Onsite Manager?

An onsite manager is a person who lives on the property to oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle customer interactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of the facility, as well as providing additional 24-hour security.
